JPHAN Konsultan Indonesia (“JPHAN”) is an Accountant Service Firm incorporated as a Limited Liability Company, established by a group of five individuals of Chartered Accountants based on Deed No. 21 dated February 17, 2015 made before Notary Sastriany Josoprawiro, SH and registered under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Number AHU-0022373-AH.01.11 year 2015 dated February 24, 2015 and under Ministry of Finance No. 17/KM.1PPPK/2015 dated May 27 year 2015 granted for its practice.

We have obtained official permit from Ministry of Finance under supervision of Development Center for Financial Professional (PPPK) and by law we run services of accounting, taxation, management and financial consulting. We are accountants in practice and granted as Charted Accountants, and main members of Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI). Besides, we serves as Tax Consultants certified and registered under Directorate General of Tax, and members of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).

Along its business run since February 2015, the JPHAN has undergone a leadership transition, Rahan Nara of which has chaired from February 2015 to November 2017, and Puji Rahayuningsih afterwards. JPHAN expands its workshop office in November 2017 in Batam, Riau Islands, under Jesica Meryanti’s leadership.

Along with its development, JPHAN has served clients either for individuals or corporates in various business aspects such as manufacturing, hotel, hospital, restaurant, education foundation, forwarding, production house, banking, law firm, construction, outsourcing and others including micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM).
